The Governmental office for audit of the system for EU assets management will soon hire nine people, Blic finds out.

This way, obstacles which led to transfer halt totaling EUR 20 m from EU assets within IPA program will be removed. The source of "Blic" from Nemanjina 11 says the procedure with respect to new hires should end in two months latest. Blic reminds that recently EC halted transfer of EUR 20 m due to lack of manpower at the Governmental office for audit of system for EU assets management.
The findings of Blic were indirectly communicated to the state secretary at the Ministry of Finance, Milovan Filimonovic.

- The Government is preparing an action plan so that adequate human resources capacities in the Audit department would be provided. Procdure lasts for two-three months. People who will work in this institution apart from adequate school must be familiar with domestic and European legislation, to have experience in auditing and to know English language, Filimonovic says for Blic.
