North is getting ready for investors - Study of relocation of working zones in Vojvodina presented

Provincial Secretariat for urbanism, construction and environmental protection has presented today the Study of relocation of working zones in Vojvodina.

This is the basic document with counted working and industrial zones, ready for investors.

Provincial secretary for urbanism, construction and environmental protection Slobodan Puzovic said that they saw that municipalities in Vojvodina have a large number of working zones but some of them are non-functional and do not have conditions.

- The objective of the multi-year project is to show investor key working zones in towns and municipalities which of them are equipped with infrastructure and which, if an investor is interested, already today can be activated – Puzovic said.

The Study so far processed 39 working zones in 20 local self-governance which completed insight in condition in almost half of Vojvodina.

The project, the first of this kind, started in 2013 and the work in its third stage has been in progress.

The document is in digital technology in "GIS environment", with supplementing base of spatial data which enable set up of data at web portal.
