Construction of new tourist complex in Banjska started - Investment totals EUR 7 m
Works on the construction of new spa and tourist complex in Banjska, in Kosovo, have started today and the project totals EUR 6-7 m and is funded by the Government of Serbia through its Office for Kosovo and Metohija.
Old, dangerous and facility with no hygiene and safety conditions was demolished so in the next days so construction is starting in the next days so that before the end of the year, there would be a temporary covered swimming pool for visitors, Dusan Kozarev, said deputy head of the Office.
According to him, with strengthening traffic and other infrastructure, Banjska could soon be at the map of more important spas of Serbia, the Office explains.
President of Temporary authorities of the Zvecan municipality, Dragan Nedeljkovic, said that along with the construction, they will open vacancies and when the complex is over, there will be 150 people.
