Another auction for sale of Bor-based factories of equipment and parts and lacquer wire

Bor-based factories of equipment and parts and lacquer wire, after unsuccessful sale, will not go bankrupt. Another auction for sale of these two former companies of Mining Smelter Basin "Bor" will be announced in September.

- We asked from the Privatization Agency to break the contract with the buyers from Switzerland, because our Swiss business partners, company CDI, waited for outcome of privatization in the copper complex and that is why the production was reduced. We suggested to the Agency that part of deposit of 42m RSD should be paid to us in order to cover the losses. Negative business balance was created in the period while we waited for CDI to pay remaining 3.5m EUR - said Velibor Đergović, Manager of Factory of Lacquer Wire.
