Sale of Zrenjanin-based Industrija mesa BEK failed

The first sale of property at Zrenjanin-based Meat Industry BEK for the purposes of settling trustee’s claims which was scheduled for today at the Trade court failed since none of the interested buyers appeared or paid deposit.

- I expected it will be sold in the second round- Marinel Mendrea from Ecka, one of the trustees said.

Judge Jelica Bakovic said the Court will schedule the second sale through special conclusion.

Zrenjanin-based BEK was set up six decades ago, and it operated within"Servo Mihalj".

It went private in 2006 and bankruptcy procedure started later.
