"ITM" to obtain license for open investment fund
Company "ITM" has announced that it will get the license for work of an open investment fund from the Securities Commission in few days.
President of that company, Toplica Spasojević, said that the fund would be founded together with Slovenian financial group "Poteza" and Belgrade's broker company "Sinteza".
That will be the third investment fund in Serbia. Other two are "Delta plus" and "Fima ProActive".
Company "ITM" founded closed investment fund with British group Lion two months ago, and this fund took over two companies in the meantime, "Paraćinka" and Loznica-based "Lofolen", one of the factories from "Viskoza" system.
Core activity of company "ITM" is distribution and it is the owner of broker company "ITM Monet", as well as companies "Focus Capital Partners", "Synergie" and "ROSS South East", which offer consulting services in field of mergers and acquisitions.
