Sale of Pancevo-based Staklara announced - Initial price totals EUR 11,9 m

Deadline for delivery of applications to participate at the public bidding is July 15, 2015.

In March 2012 , "Staklara" was acquired from "Srbijagas" by a consortium of Bulgarian companies "Rubin" and "Glass industry" whose owner is Corporate-trading bank from Sophia but it did not comply with agreed commitments.

Seven letters of interested investors arrived to the Agency for privatization, two of them Chinese companies.
