Sand Sculpture Festival "Sand World" in Germany

Here is Nimke Eshius from Netherlands sculpting in front of the sand statues of former German Councillor Helmut Kohl and former Soviet President Mihail Gorbachov, at the Festival of Sand Sculptures "Sand World" in German city of Libek - Travemunde at the Baltic Sea.

The theme of this-year Festival, which will gather more than 70 sculptors, is " Travel through Time". The festival will be opened between July 6 and September 2.
