Insurance company "Krajina Kopaonik" from Republic of Srpska – new member of "Triglav" Group

Stock Company "Zavarovalnice Triglav" signed the sales contract today (June 22, 2007) with Insurance company "Krajina Kopaonik" from Republic of Srpska.

In the name of "Zavarovalnica Triglav", the contract was signed by the Head of the Administration, Andrej Kocič, and member of the Administration Board, Dr. Borut Eržen. In the name of insurance company "Krajina Kopaonik", the contract was signed by the Manager of indirect majority owner, Zoran Kalinić. With this act, "Zavarovalnica Triglav" becomes the majority owner of the insurance company from Republic of Srpska.

Insurance company "Krajina Kopaonik", which operates exclusively on the territory of Republic of Srpska, realized about 3.4m worth of premiums in 2006. It has well developed retailing network on that market with 10 offices that cover complete market. It is registered for carrying out of property insurance businesses.
