Telekom Austria is merging branch offices in the Balkans
After takeover form "America Movil", "Telekom Austria" is merging its two branch offices of mobile communications in Serbia and Slovenia as well as daughter companies in Croatia and Macedonia in groups.
Dejan Turk, from the top management at "Si.mobila", and 15 months before he was the head of "Vip mobile" in Serbia, will manage newly set up group, it was confirmed in Vienna to Austrian newspaper agency APA from "Telekom Austria". Since "Vip mobile" is bigger entity, Turk will manage the group from Belgrade.
President of the management at "Si.mobil", took over the position last year, Jorg Zeddies and a member of the management for technics Ulrich Rokita are moving to Vienna to "Telekom Austria" but at the moment there is still no information on their functions, the Slovenian newspaper agency STA reported.
Branch offices of "Telekom Austria” in Croatia ("Vipnet") and Macedonia ("Vip operator") which offer both mobile and fixed telephony will merge in a group and CEO will be previous head at "Vipnet" Jiri Dvorjancansky. Current head in Macedonia, Nikola Ljusev will continue to manage business.
