Recreatours sells hotel, holiday resorts and land

(Illustration) Recreatours has posted an ad for selling four of its hospitality and tourism facilities – Panorama Hotel at Mount Zlatar, holiday resorts Slatina in Vrnjacka Banja and Srebrno Jezero in Veliko Gradiste, and land in the village of Radonja in the Nova Varos municipality.
Panorama Hotel has two stars, 244 beds, indoor swimming pool and multipurpose sports ground, and it is under lease until 2023.
The holiday resort in Vrnjacka Banja features 93 beds and occupies a surface area of 2,172 square meters, whereas the resort in Veliko Gradiste has a surface area of 2,723 square meters, 57 beds and is offered in a package with the Konak annex featuring 187 beds.
The land in Radonja, on which a restaurant, an anex and a building that is out of use are located, covers an area of 4 hectares, 2 ares and 19 square meters.
Bids are to be submitted by 4 PM on May 6th.
Recreatours, which operates for 62 years, is a YUTA member from its establishment.
