No Claims Protection for 77 out of a total of 144 companies undergoing reorganization will expire in May, Privatization Agency CEO Ljubomir Subara announced today.
He, however, was unable to confirm with certainty whether these companies would be protected from debt collection if takeover bids were published.
According to the action plan, out of 144 companies undergoing reorganization, about 40 will go bankrupt and 20 will be under special regime.
