Eyemaxx Real Estate opens logistics center - A total of EUR 9 m poured, 150 new vacancies in the first stage

As of today, Logistics center of Eyemaxx Real Estate in Stara Pazova has officially started working.

The center was officially opened by the ambassador of Austria in Serbia, Johannes Eigner, former minister, Igor Mirovic, president of the Stara Pazova municipality, Djordje Radinovic and Michael Muller), a founder of Eyemaxx Real Estate.

U total of EUR 9 m was poured in the first construction stage of "Log centar Beograd". The investments are planned to continue in the next period in Stage 2, Stage 3 and Stage 4. In the upcoming period, a warehouse, Outlet center and a sales center will be built. In the first stage, 150 people will be hired and more people will be employed in new stages.

Konstruktor Konsalting built the center while renters are "DB Schenker and Iron Mountain.

Log centar Beograd is branded concept which has already been implemented in a few countries: Log centar Nove Mesto in Slovakia or Log center Timisoara in Romania. Warehouse has a daily light, ESFR Sprinkler system, lifting platforms, loading ramps, heating and cooling system, interior height of 11,75 m and network of 18x24 m.

Loading facilities have hydraulic access stations and access ramps. Eyemaxx" owns 55ha land. The General plan implies development in four stages of expansion: the first and second warehouse in stage 1, 5 warehouses more in the second, Outlet center in the third stage and last but not the least Sales center in stage 4 – development which will be carried out in the next five years.
