New benefits for investors in Zrenjanin

Members of the City Council of Zrenjanin have adopted today the decision according to which investors who build production departments will not pay contribution for construction land development.

The mayor of Zrenjanin, Cedomir Janjic, estimated that the decision is another big incentive for investors in the town.

- We think of it as of great benefit. Today’s decision is important since so far large amounts were set aside for construction land contributions but, the ones to build production departments, will not pay contributions- Janjic said.
