Foreign investors interested in Gornji Milanovac region - Metalac contracts on placement of boilers and dishwashers to Middle East

Long-standing, representative of honor of the Serbian Chmaber of Commerce in Iraq, Thaer Al Joboury, with his legal advisor, visited Gornji Milanovac and had preliminary talks with president of municipality, Milisav Mirkovic, about the options to invest in this region, Gornji Milanovac local self-governance announced on Saturday (January 31, 2015.).

Al Jobouryowns SCH, headquartered in Belgrade and is four-ranked as mixed products exporter of large number of companies form Serbia for the Middle East.

Company’s interest, as it was stated, is to invets in construction first of lal in purchase center of live cattle for export, cold storages and huge slaughter companies.

Apart from that, depending on market demands, they have been discussing purchase and processing of fruit in the long-term plans. According to the agreement with the future investors, municipal government is ready to provide overall logistics support and to meiate in negotiations with owners of proposed locations.

The investor was interested in road structure towards lots as well as support in expansion of local access roads if necessary for transport of large distribution vehicles.

On Saturday, SCH also signed a contract with renowned Gornji Milanovac-based company Metalac on placement of boilers and dishwashers to the east market.

The next meeting is due in two weeks when, after exchange of letters of intentions, future steps in investments implementation will be specified in more details.
