Atlantic can take over Bakina tajna

As it was stated in a decision published at the Commission’s website, concentration which will appear after the merge of two food companies “does not lead to significant turbulence of competition at Serbian national market or its part, and especially to generation or strengthening of dominant position".

The Commission estimated that based on analysis of the pepper products production and sale, jam sand other fruit creams ale and production market , sale of confectionary products, fruit juices and syrups.

It was states that Soko Stark had to report concentration since in 2013 the owner of Belgrade company Atlantic, which precedes to the year of concentration registration, generated total profits which multi exceed defined financial thresholds which represent condition for obligation to register concentration.
