Volkswagen sold more sausages than cars

German car producer, Volkswagen, decided to offer another product to the market – sausages.

Sausages produced at the car plant can be bought in retail as well and in 2014 they sold more of them then cars, German media announced.

Last year, traditional Volkswagen car plant in Wolfsburg produced far more sausages than cars. Namely, the company produced 7,8 million sausages which is ten percent more than a year before.

The best-selling sausage with Volkswagen logo of Volkswagen is curry , with delivered 6,3 million pieces.

Every sausage is labeled with Volkswagen original product.
