Seven buyers, two from England and Germany and others from Serbia, are interested in the acquisition of Vrnjacka Banja-based HTP Fontana, a complex comprising major part of spa capacity.

HTP Fontana has been a subject of unsuccessful privatizations for a few times already and with the capacity of 800 beds in its four facilities it is the biggest hotel house in Serbia and it is at the same time the main carrier of tourist offer in Vrnjacka Banja. Fontana comprises four hotels, two overnight stay places and three restaurants, plus additional facilities.

Everything Fontana has is located at the most exclusive locations in Vrnjacka Banja.

Ivan Radovic, company’s Supervisory board member says Fontana became the issue of entire Vrnjacka Banja.

The Agency for privatization received within deadline of 45 days, seven letters of interest, two foreign companies, three Serbian but two physical entities appeared as buyers as well.
