Atomska banja sold again - Cezijum MS becomes new owner

December 1, 2014, Sabac-based Elixir group sold 74,6335 % of its stake at Atomska banja from Gornja Trepca to Novi Sad-based Cezijum MS doo for EUR 2,85 m in three annual installments. In December 2013, Elixir group acquire this stake from Vladimirci-based Bonidea for EUR 2,7 m.

A 100% owner at Cezijumu MS doo is Belgrade-based Luss Investment, whose legal representative in Serbia is Zoran Mitrovic, and it is owned by the English fund, Luss Investments LP.

- Supervisory Board AB whose president is Zoran Mitrovic and members Borivoj Jakovljevic and Dalibor Jevtic was set up. The Supervisory Board elected new GM at the spa, Zoran Djordjilovic. Having in mind financial power of majority stakeholders, bigger investment and developmental steps and increase of guest number from Europe and the world are expected. Business year 2014 was the most successful one since privatization in 2008, the number of guests has significantly increased as well as profit – the management of spa said for Politika.
