New deadline to deliver offers was defined after the Republic commission for protection of rights in the public procurement processes made a decision which enabled the started public procurement to continue.

As added, the decision governs the change of tender documentation in line with the request for bidders’ rights protection in a way that a bidder will be able to appear as individual bidder in one section while it can participate as a producer in the second section.

-Having in mind the deadlines, in with documentation and provided that there are no additional requests for rights protection, the contract could be signed in late January 2015 earliest, the Fund says.
