Azmont asks for construction permit for Portnovi complex in Kumbor

(Future complex) After collecting all necessary documentation which lasted more than expected, GM at , Azmont Investments, Server Birkan, asked for a construction permit for the complex at the area of the former barracks in Kumbor from the Montenegrin Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism, Radio-Television of Montenegro reports.

Preparation works on area cleaning have been in progress for some time now, which, as the company announced earlier, took a lot of time. In October, Azmont Investments asked from the resource ministry issuance of Urban and technical terms. They were issued in mid last month, RTCG reports.

The future settlement Portonovi in Kumbor will be split into a number of functional units.

After the first stage of cleaning and rehabilitation of the field, traffic and infrastructure construction follows. A few stages of construction are planned and the first one for which the construction permit is asked for, comprises construction of suites with additional commercial facilities, condo and suite hotel, congress center and central underground garage, Radio and Television of Montenegro reports.

The next stage, after these works, would be reconstruction of a church, construction of residential facilities, luxurious villas, reconstruction of parks, construction of a port, beach bar.

After that, the construction of the Center for local community with a swimming pool, catering and control facility is planned
