NIS adopts mid-term and long-term objectives program

At the meeting held December 5, 2014, the Board of Managers at NIS adopted mid-term and long-term company objectives, as well as the program of measures for efficiency increase in the period of crisis, the company published at its website.

In line with the decision of the Board of Managers, shareholders will de delivered complex strategy of company development by 2030 as soon as possible.

The main priorities of NIS in the field of research and production of carbon oxygen should be filling the resource base as well as increase of findings exploitation efficiency. The company will continue implementation of the program for gas findings efficiency increase and project development in electrical generation.

In the part of processing complex the basic company efforts will be directed to the implementation of the projects of depth processing increase at the Oil Refinery Pаncevo, as well as optimization of process of product output and energy efficiency increase.

Key tasks in logistics and sales will be increase in average sale scope at gas stations as well as continuation of retail network modernization.

NIS will continue development of the loyalty increase program and customers’ pool expansion and loyalty. Special attention will be paid to decrease of logistics expenses as well as development of sale of specialized products, avio fuels, bitumen, oil and bunker fuels.

The Board of Managers saw the results of the program for business efficiency increase and cost reduction in all business segments. In line with the decision, the company will continue the operations in that direction, it was added at the company website.
