Planet obuca wants Sombor-based Boreli

Zagreb-based Nina Commerce, owner of Planet obuca, is interested in privatization of Sombor-based Boreli, the biggest footwear producer in Serbia which was set up on the grounds of another Croatian company, Vukovar-based Borovo.

Poslovni dnevnik found the information that Nina Commerce is interested in Boreli, a plant with 500 people, at the list of offered companies which the Agency for Privatization published.

According to these information, Croatian companies are interested in acquiring stakes in seven Serbian companies. Nina Commerce has 372 people. Last year it generated a profit of KN 166,7 m (EUR 21,7 m) (Borovo generated KN 127,5 m - EUR 16,5 m). Zagreb-based company has been constantly operating with positive result and in better years, the profit was even ten million kunas.
