Belgrade-based Ars Blue becomes a part of Bassilichi Group - Italians complete electronic banking services at world market
The domestic company headquartered in Belgrade is specialized in development and installation of software platforms for managing transactions through POS terminals, ATMs, info kiosks and mobile phones. Slobodan Paunović, a founder and Executive Manager at Ars Blue, remains the part of new organization as a stakeholder of 49% share and a manager, together with Danilo Rivalta the Sales and Marketing Executive Manager at Bassilichi Group.
Ars Blue, set up in 2009, has 40 people who developed and patented innovative and technologically advanced package which comprises two platforms - "AsoftE2E" and "AsoftA2Z" – which enable, financial institutions and service companies to fully manage and supervise all kinds of transactions which can be done in credit, debit, prepaid cards and different canals (ATMs, info kiosks, POS terminals, as well as through smart phones and tablets payment) in safe manner.
Thanks to its features, the package which can be used on different devices, in different languages and platforms which have Visa and MasterCard certificates is available in three continents: in Europe (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro , Macedonia, Serbia and Switzerland), Africa (Nigeria, Benin, Togo and Cameroon) and Asia (Turkmenistan), for big clients such as UniCredit bank Serbia, Sky bank and Union bank u Nigeria.
The acquisition after which the Group has 1.190 employees, will enable Bassilichia to complete the range of services with electronic money and increases profit from abroad which, according to business plan, should increase from 5% to 20% in 2016.
Bassilichi Group currently offers a large spectrum of products and electronic banking services, from usage of external services for managing 15.103 ATMs and 235.961 POS terminals worldwide to corporate banking and electronic trade. Apart from that, through its daughter company, Bassilichi CEE, it provides 12.000 POS terminals and 700 ATMs for clients such as UniCredit ban Serbia, Credit Agricole Serbia, AIK Bank, NLB Bank in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, Nova Banka in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Credins bank in Albania and Hipotekarna banka in Montenegro.

CEE expect in2014 a turnover of EUR 3 m which is double the amount in 2013. As
it was said at today’s conference in Belgrade, they are planning to expand to

The Executive Manager and a founder of Ars Blue, Slobodan Paunovic reminded

Paunovic added this acquisition is a good news for young engineers who will get
the chance to work on software development for other countries as well as that
there will be vacancies for other employees as well.
