Being unsatisfied with the current job and wishing to find another one has become a chronic condition in Serbia. According to the data by the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia, the main reasons for dissatisfaction cited by a half of those surveyed are inadequate working conditions and low salaries.
A higher salary through a diplomaOn the other hand, global and local research shows that higher education benefits are larger than ever and are above all reflected in higher earnings. The
faculty diploma has its value in the market and remarks about knowledge and faculty education being devalued should be taken with a grain of salt.
In 34 OECD countries, in the period from 2000 till 2012, the gap between the income of those with secondary education and those with higher education grew twice as as much as the gap between those with secondary education and those with primary education. This world trend is slowly seeping over into Serbia. Current research point to it, as the highest average salary in 2016 belonged to the category of those with faculty degrees.
Education – cure for dissatisfactionThere's a lot, then, that we can do ourselves if we're dissatisfied with our jobs and salaries. It's never too late to learn and acquire knowledge, and lack of time is a weak argument in the era of modern technologies. Thanks to the internet, studies are available to everyone without having to move, attend the lectures or waste time in public transport. Having a job can no longer be an excuse, as lectures are now available at one click, and virtual amphitheaters can be wherever we are. It is precisely this kind of studying that
DOBA Faculty enables.
DOBA Faculty is a member of the DOBA business group, the largest private educational institution in Slovenia, which boasts tradition, international accreditation of quality, European standards, accredited and exclusive programs and sixteen years of experience in online education. More than 217 professors, online mentors and professional managers are constantly in contact with the students.
As the director of DOBA Faculty,
Jasna Dominko Baloh, points out, of the 3,300 graduates of this renowned educational institution, as many as 64% of them advanced in their job positions after graduating, either by getting a higher salary or switching to a better position.
– The fact is that the internet has made knowledge more available than ever before. Books, articles, podcasts, professional blogs and many other formats enhance our spirit, but what's missing is the institutionalized approach providing direction in the process of learning. In order to monetize the knowledge, it is necessary to have a formal confirmation provided by an accredited European faculty such as DOBA – Dominiko Baloh explains and adds that the diploma has been recognized by all European countries and is as valid as a diploma acquired through classical studies.
How to get to online studies?Online studying or remote studying is a relatively new type of education, especially in our region. What studying in a virtual amphitheater that can be accessed anywhere at any time looks like is best shown through a
free test course with genuine test questions. To reach the final decision, we need relevant information. Potential students can also get information on free lectures, webinars, blogs, new programs, as well as global business and marketing news, through the
newsletter. The benefits of online studying are numerous, and the graduates like to point out that it's a place where all the students are sitting in the first row.
